This position is responsible for guaranteeing ease of use of PC framework administrations for end clients by giving the specialized ability, help, and coordination important to introduce and keep up PC programming items, alter/fix equipment, and resolve other specialized issues.
Position Accountabilities:
- Gives involved work area side help for end client specialized issues identified with work area equipment, working framework, and upheld outsider applications.
- Finishes work requests, for example, introducing gear, associating and moving gadgets, including workstations, communication equipment, and peripherals.
- Offers active help for organization and worker groups when required.
- Investigate and resolve specialized issues or raise complex ones to the proper level 3 help groups or outsider merchants.
- Fills in as first contact for specialized issues inside alloted site, and helps with Help Desk flood when vital.
